I am having an issue with my graphics being printed.

If you got a print shop to print one of our designs and it is getting cut off this could be a problem with the print shop itself. All of our designs use standard sizes, bleeds, and protected areas. Any vinyl banner that we do will use a raster graphic that has been converted to vector. We do not offer designs done in vector from the start, only conversion. I am having trouble getting my graphics from you.
We upload all of your graphics to Drop Box and send you a link. We delete these files from Drop Box after 3 days and store them offline. After 3 days of being on our offline storage we delete them. We do not have infinite storage. We have to make room for new projects. If you did not download your files or receive the link please contact us within the 6 day period of your project completion.
I am not satisfied. I want a refund.
Although we do our best to satisfy you, we understand that we may have failed you for whatever the reason may be. However, we did the service and apologize that it was not to your satisfactory. We unfortunately do not offer refunds.
